I don’t use anything complicated or scary. I just listen to what your energy is saying and help it find its way back to balance. The whole thing takes about an hour. You stay fully clothed and lie down on a comfortable table. Some people feel warmth or tingling. Some people just feel deeply relaxed. Others have a good cry. All of it is okay.

How does it work? I start by tuning into your energy. I can feel where it’s stuck, where it’s heavy, or where it’s moving too fast. Then I gently encourage those places to release. I might use a singing bowl to break up a block, or a selenite wand to draw out what’s stale. I always check in with you to make sure you’re comfortable. After the session, I’ll tell you what I felt and give you a simple practice to keep the energy clear at home. Most people feel lighter within a day or two.
